Despite there being more information available to the public about the importance of a Will, and there being more cases showing the risk of not having a Will in place, many people still have not prepared their own.
Recent research reveals that nearly 3 in 5 people aged 45 to 54 do not have a Will in place (2,000 participants), compared to 48% of UK adults over 30. This is despite knowing that having a valid Will in place can ensure that your loved ones are protected and reduce stress and conflict after your passing.

It is important to understand that having a Will is not necessarily enough.
