A curious case has come to light at Chelmsford Crown Court, whereby a gentleman, Luke D’Wit, faces allegations of murdering a couple, Stephen Baxter and Carol Baxter, by poisoning them.
He is also facing allegations of forging their Will to make him the main beneficiary and gaining control over Cazsplash, Stephen and Carol’s company.
Stephen and Carol’s daughter, Ellie Baxter, had concerns that Luke D’Wit was suspiciously involved with her mother’s medication.
It is so unfortunate that, if this is found to be true, there are people in this world who would take the lives of two innocent people for money and personal gain.
